M/s Magic Homes, its Partners- Mr. Akhilesh Singh s/o Radhekrishan Singh, Mr. Vikram Pratap Singh s/o Ramapati Chandrabali Singh, Mr. Brisen Singh s/o Ramapati Chandrabali Singh, Mr. Bhausaheb Mahadev Kale s/o Madhav Tukaram Kale and its Guarantors- Mr. Pandit Vasantrao Ingole s/o Vasantrao Ingole, Mr. Rajendra Vasantrao Ingole s/o Vasantrao Ingole are hereby classified and declared as "Willful Defaulter" in accordance with the provisions of the RBI Master Circular on Willful Defaulters dated July 30, 2024 and Company’s Policy on Willful Defaulter and Larger Defaulter as reviewed on December 13, 2024.
